Health Services

Health Services provides an array of medical and social support services to assist pregnant women, the elderly, children, infants, individuals that are HIV+, enrollment assistance into the Marketplace as well as education and outreach for uninsured individuals, companionship for seniors, children and adults with disabilities and prevention and early detection of health problems.

Health Services provides assistive services, resources, information and referrals to qualifying low-income individuals and households in Cochran, Hale, Hockley, Lamb, Terry, Yoakum, Lubbock, Dickens, Garza, Lynn, Floyd, Bailey, King, Motley, Crosby, Gaines and Dawson.
