Division
The primary goal of the Community Services Division is to assist participants with case management services in hopes of transitioning them out of poverty and reaching self-sufficiency.

South Plains Community Action Association, Inc. is committed to providing services in our communities throughout this crisis, while maintaining the safety of our employees and clients. This will mean changes in the way our program services are delivered.

The Community Services Division provides assistive services, resources, information and referrals to qualifying low-income individuals and households in Bailey, Cochran, Crosby, Dickens, Floyd, Garza, Hale, Hockley, King, Lamb, Lubbock (weatherization only), Lynn, Motley, Terry and Yoakum Counties.
