Housing Opportunities
South Plains Regional Housing Authority provides housing solutions to individuals and families who cannot find affordable and adequate housing due to income or special needs. In order to qualify for assistance, the family's household income must be at or below 50% of area median income. In addition, each applicant must qualify under the Housing Authority’s own set of developed selection criteria.
We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. Policy for achievement of Equal Housing Opportunity throughout the Nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.
