Larry Martin, with over 25 years of service at South Plains Community Action Association (SPCAA), is our Risk/Safety and Property Director. Larry's journey began at South Plains College in Levelland, Texas. During his tenure at SPCAA, he mastered insurance claims management and collaborated with all agency programs to ensure compliance and safety standards. His expertise spans property, auto, liability, and workers' compensation insurance claims, as well as fleet management.

Larry excels in handling various insurance claim and minimizing financial risks. He integrates risk management seamlessly into program operations, fostering safety and accountability.

Outside of work, Larry enjoys time with his dog, maintaining his home, and leisure activities with his big family and his friends. Larry's dedication and expertise make him an invaluable leader in our mission of Helping People, Changing Lives.
