Christy Colley brings over three decades of dedicated service to South Plains Community Action Association (SPCAA). With a Bachelor's degree in Organization Management from Lubbock Christian University, Christy's commitment to community betterment began early in her career.

Having served for 30 years within Child Care Services, 23 years at SPCAA, and an additional 7 years as the Workforce Board Child Care Services Accountant, Christy has established herself as a cornerstone in the agency's endeavors.

Her area of expertise lies at the intersection of Child Care, Budget, and Accounting, where her strategic insights and financial acumen have significantly contributed to the agency's success.

Outside the office, Christy finds solace and joy in spending quality time with her family. Whether it's kayaking, biking, embarking on nature walks, or tending to her garden, Christy embraces the outdoors with enthusiasm.

Christy is happily married to her husband Brian, and together they cherish the blessings of their five children and one granddaughter.
